Rob Rolle
Co-Founder
After starting his career in the technology staffing industry, Rob found the Hire, Train, Deploy (HTD) sector in 2016 and immediately saw a gap in the market.
Over the past 6 years, he worked for industry pioneers Revature & mthree in both sales and leadership roles.
While the HTD industry was making a big splash in the market, Rob saw an opportunity to solve talent problems like diversity and retention. Rob felt there were ways to improve this model and brought his insight to the industry with a unique minority-owned and operated firm.
HTD Talent is the first Black-Owned business in this space and the company is uniquely positioned to recruit, train, and place underrepresented groups in tech.
Chris Wascak
Co-Founder
Immediately upon graduating college, Chris caught the entrepreneurial bug and successfully ran a personal training business from scratch with the help of a valuable mentor.
The next step in his career led him to a sales position at one of the first Hire, Train, Deploy companies in the industry.
During his time there he landed Fortune 500 Clients and honed his sales skills while building HTD programs in this new Emerging Talent space. His accounts grew from 20 hires in a year to eventually over 1,000.
Using those skills, he partnered with Rob Rolle to found HTD Talent to help underrepresented groups in technology connect with leading-edge companies and jumpstart their career in tech.
