Keeping Talent in the Know - The Pillar of our Recruiting Process

Having worked in the Hire-Train-Deploy industry for over 8 years now, I’ve always been heavily involved in the sales process & client side of the business. It’s no secret that myself, Rob, and Steve know it like the back of our hands. But to build the best-in-class model, we know that Sales is only one part of the equation.
These last few weeks have been some of the most rewarding of my career as we all rolled up our sleeves and got involved with the recruiting team to select the best and brightest associates for our inaugural training program.
When we started the business, we had our “theory” of how to create the best-in-class recruiting process but knew we’d have to test it out and make changes along the way. Now that it’s complete, I can confidently say that everyone we encounter will have a timely, smooth, and transparent process as we scale to hundreds and eventually thousands of associates. The responses and feedback we received along the way gave us the validation that we are well on our way to be the industry leader.
I’m so excited to see what this cohort of Software Engineers will accomplish in their careers. Throughout the process, I’ve seen how motivated and eager they are to launch their careers at some of the world’s largest enterprise clients.
